The Laguna Beach Community Alliance is committed to standing up for residents on two critical fronts: protecting property rights and ensuring responsible city spending. We believe homeowners should not face excessive restrictions or costly red tape that infringe on their ability to use and improve their property, and we demand greater accountability from City Hall to manage public funds wisely. By addressing both overregulation and fiscal mismanagement, we aim to preserve the character of Laguna Beach while safeguarding the interests of its residents.
